Zohar provides legal advice and representation to private and public corporations in all fields of corporate and commercial law, including in a wide variety of international and local corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and more.

Zohar has comprehensive understanding of securities law and has substantial experience in raising equity and debt from the public and private entities on a significant scale, in Israel and abroad, including representation before regulatory authorities and various bodies, including the Securities Authority, stock exchanges, underwriters, rating companies, etc.
In addition, Zohar handles controlling shareholders transactions, issues of corporate governance and executive compensation and various matters pertaining to securities.
Throughout the years, Zohar formed a wide network of ties, allowing him to provide tailor-made and precise service for each client.
Zohar’s substantial experience in the international financial sector provides him with significant advantage in understanding the corporate and business scene in Israel and abroad, and enables him to provide creative and innovative solutions in order to fulfill the goals of his clients, on both legal and commercial levels.
In addition, Zohar has unique expertise in the field of renewable energies, in which he accompanies and represents clients in various tenders, financing agreements with banks and financial institutions, agreements with land owners, management of complex strategic collaborations and more.
Also, in recent years, Zohar has also been engaging in the developing field of e-commerce, and advises clients in this field and assists in negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements of online stores, particularly Amazon stores, collaboration agreements between entrepreneurs, financing agreements, etc.
