Adv. Tamar Heimowitz-Richter is a partner at the Hadad Roth, Shenhar & Co. Law Firm and heads the office’s Nonprofit and Administrative Department alongside her work as a senior commercial lawyer.

Adv. Heimowitz-Richter has more than 20 years of experience in legal supervision of corporations and entities in their fields of activity in Israel and abroad. She specializes in diverse legal areas including civil-commercial law, nonprofit law, contract law, preparation and accompanying of the tender process, labor law, real estate law, corporate procedure writing, administrative law, inheritance and wills, life insurance, health, nursing and office insurance and ongoing legal advice for corporations.

Throughout her years of work, in major firms as well as in boutique offices, Adv. Heimowitz-Richter has garnered extensive knowledge and experience while providing close legal guidance to senior management, competent institutions and audit and control bodies in corporations, in leading, accompanying and managing complex international negotiations, transactions and projects, in submitting tender offers, publishing tenders and accompanying tender management procedures, managing and accompanying legal and organizational crises, including with state authorities and the media, finding diverse legal and business solutions to substantive issues, legal procedures with government agencies and statutory authorities including: The State Comptroller, the Registrar of Companies, the Registrar of Associations, the Capital Market Authority, Insurance and Savings Authority, the Ministry of Defense, the Accountant General, the Ministry of Finance, the Knesset committees, the National Insurance Institute, the Trademark Registrar, the Registrar of Trusts, and more.

Adv. Heimowitz-Richter specializes in representing nonprofits in a variety of areas and activities, and for years has served as a chief legal counsel for a number of leading nonprofits.
