Rotem Ben David is a lawyer in the Defamation Department and the Nonprofit and Administrative Department in our office, specializing in the commercial field. Before joining the office, she represented various Nonprofit Organizations and served for 10 years as the legal advisor of the “Elem” association for at-risk youth. With extensive and unique experience in the field of Nonprofit Organizations in all its aspects, including associations, beneficiaries, and more. Rotem specializes in the ongoing support of large organizations and working with government ministries. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in legal support for social and large organizations, including board members and many professionals. Rotem handles the management and handling of negotiations, various transactions and projects, submission of bids, various contracts, crisis management, and organizational support, strategic thinking support for organizations including finding legal and business solutions, and support for organizations in dealing with third parties, including authorities, government ministries, and more.
