Noa was elected by Forbes Israel Magazine as one of the 30 most promising young people in 2020, as part of the 30Under30 International Project, which marks the pioneering young leaders who are changing the world.
Noa has extensive experience in representation before all judicial instances, including arbitrations and mediation proceedings, as well as accompaniment and providing of ongoing consultation for the regulation of disputes prior to reaching the courts.
Noa represents leading individuals and the leading companies in the market in commercial disputes, administrative petitions and class actions, in local and international business disputes. She has extensive experience in the representation of public figures, senior managers and directors in white-collar and complex litigation cases.
The professional service that Noa provides the firm’s customers is characterized by the personal attention she provides, along with a broad thinking that covers all fields of law, enabling her to tailor each customer with the most appropriate solution.
Noa interned at the State Prosecutor’s Office Department of Special Assignments, where she was a daily participant in meetings and discussions held by the Deputy State Attorney, the State Attorney and the Attorney General, and accompanied the most sensitive investigations into the Jewish terror cell investigations of the time.
Prior to joining Hadad Roth, Shenhar & Co. Noa practiced at Y. Weinroth & Co law firm, where she was part of Defense Minister, Fuad Ben-Eliezer’s defense team and accompanied the investigations of Minister Haim Katz and his son Yair Katz. She was involved in the representation of the company ‘Space Communications’ as well as the company’s CEO, a case also known as “Case 4000”, and was part of the defense team in the case of former Minister Amnon Cohen.
Noa handles high-profile cases that are at the center of public discourse, among them:
• The largest income-tax evasion case in Israel – ‘On Clinic’.
• The Case of Boaz Harpaz.
• The case of Tali Keidar (Yisrael Beiteinu).
• The representation of Haim Langer, who was charged with securities fraud.

• The representation of suspects in the Lev Leviev case.
• The representation of candidates for the Likud list for the 21st Knesset.
Noa graduated with presidential honors from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, where she was a member of the editorial board of the IDC Herzliya ‘Law and Business’ Journal. She furthermore served as a teaching assistant in the course “Constitutional Law” and as a research assistant to Dr. Ruth Zafran in the field of family law. During her studies, she volunteered at the Elem nonprofit, where she accompanied youth at risk.
