Adv. Hanoch Ehrlich is a partner in our firm’s litigation department.
Adv. Ehrlich specializes in handling large-scale disputes in the fields of contract law, including building and infrastructure contracting, company law, dispute resolution between shareholders, dissolution of partnerships, dissolution and recovery of companies, intellectual property law, inheritance law, labor law (private labor law), Constitutional and administrative law, and all aspects of commercial law in general.
Mr. Ehrlich gained his extensive experience working in leading litigation offices where he handled some of the largest legal dispute in Israel.
Adv. Ehrlich has served as a mediator and arbitrator in large-scale business disputes. He also serves as a director of several public companies.
In addition, Adv. Ehrlich has experience in class actions, as well as non-compete litigation, disputes regarding the breach of confidentiality obligations, trade secrets, commercial torts, patents, copyright and more.
Adv. Ehrlich gives workshops and lectures in the fields of civil litigation at the Israel Bar, and was the deputy editor for the publications of the Israeli Supreme Court rulings for a decade until 2016.
