Avichai practices in the litigation and white-collar department in the firm. He provides extensive experience in the legal representation of individuals and corporations in complex commercial disputes. He provides his service in all types of legal instances, courts and arbitration, in the fields of civil, commercial and criminal law.
Avichai provides clients with advice and close accompaniment, with an emphasis on thoroughness, professionalism and the formulation of a unique strategy for each customer. He is characterized by “out of the box” thinking.
Avichai’s best-selling book “Without a Robe – Conversations with the Justices of the Supreme Court” (2017) published by Yedioth Ahronoth Press, won great popularity and media coverage.

Before graduating with honors, Avichai served in the editorial team of the prestigious ‘Legal Research’ law review of the Faculty of Law. In addition, he assisted in various Bachelor’s and Master’s degree courses in the Tel-Aviv University, including ‘Law and Planning’, ‘Law and Society’, ‘Law and Social Change’, “Religion and State’ and ‘Multiculturalism’ courses. He also assisted at the College of Management in the” Antitrust Law “course.
